Harbour Systems Cancellations and Refunds Policy

All our products and services, which can be purchased online or by telephone are subject to our 30 day cancellation and refund policy.

If you purchase a product or a service from us and you are in any way not satisfied with it, please notifiy us by telephone on 01590 670077 or 07785265666, or by email using hello@harboursystems.co.uk or by using the "contact us" page on our website www.harboursystems.co.uk and please provide a full description of the problem with the product or service.

If the product is defective we may replace the product or we will provide a full refund within 30 days. 

If we replace any product you will need to send the original back to us. If the product is defective we will pay the delivery costs.
